Fees are quoted and charged in EUROS.
Registration is required for all participants. When registration is completed and fully paid, each participant will receive a confirmation by email.
Registration will provide each participant with a personal access code to participate in sessions.
Main conference registration does not include the tutorials.
Main conference registration includes clinical day and challenges.
Clinical day only is available for free. If you are interested in registering, complete the form.
Student registrations will need to submit proof of student status.
You must be an IEEE, EMBS or SPS Member at the time of registration to receive the respective member discount. To join IEEE, EMBS or SPS please visit http://ieee.org/join.
Conference proceedings will be distributed via digital download.
AUTHORS NOTE
An author regular registration will cover 2 papers/abstracts and an author student registration will cover 1 paper/abstract (IEEE/SPS/EMBS member or not).
If a student needs to register more than 1 paper, he will be charged at the non-student author rate.

NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
No-Show Policy
Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one registered author upload a video presentation.
If a paper is not presented at the virtual conference, the paper will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore® or other public access forums, but these papers will be distributed to conference attendees as conference proceedings and the copyright of these papers will belong to IEEE.
Author Refund
Registration fees can be transferred to another co-author or refunded ONLY under special circumstances before March 5, 2021. All transfer requests must be made in writing by email and sent to Registration Management. At least one author of the paper must be registered in order to upload and register the camera-ready paper. Only the corresponding author is able to upload the paper. If complete payment is not received by the author registration deadline, the paper will be pulled from the publication in ISBI 2021.
Participant Refund
Refund request should be made to the Registration Manager, Ludivine Fluneau. NO REFUNDS will be made after March 5, 2021.
